Lyrics

Slaves, marionettes, puppets, rejoice
For today, you were given a voice
Sight to see, a soul for a choice
Where one hand creates, the other destroys

The carnival begins
Henceforth, 'tis who dares, wins
Dashing divine figures cleaved from their shins
Make scarlet rain fall and wash away sins
Faceless serpents shed their skins
Bearing a crown, to bestow upon their prince

The one that held the sky
Resigns himself to die
The end is nigh,
The prophets cry

The waters boiled,
Saints' efforts foiled
Though they toiled,
Their bodies spoiled

'ere now it weighs upon the eye,
On the shattered ground their battered corpses lie

Existence, unraveled and unfurled
Gnarled hands greet the new world
The Ouroboros sneers, choking on its fears
The Cycle may start again, Destruction met with cheers

Repetitivity, a rope that tightens like a noose
Struggling to achieve a goal, much like Sisyphus
Ah, the sweet monotony, viewed from above
Bastard sons ending each other, out of love

Damned into complacence
Condemned to rot forever
Cursed with impotence
A state of being soon to be dissevered…
Bring forth the end...
